Treatment Process
What Signing the SureStep Assessment Looks Like.
Four steps, one overnight install, no resident displacement. A factory-trained authorized SureStep crew handles the on-site treatment, and Slip Free LLC hands off a documented compliance package so the surveyor, insurer, and director of operations can all read the same floor-safety record. The 4 steps below are the same four stages every Michigan facility walks in this order.
The 4 Steps
From Floor Assessment to Audit-Support Documentation.
Standard warranty included: 1-year commercial / 3-year residential. Extended warranty available. BOT3000e slip resistance testing available upon request.
Step 1
A factory-trained technician walks every wet-area surface and runs a baseline BOT-3000e slip-metric reading against the existing substrate — quarry tile, ceramic, porcelain, sealed concrete, or enamel.
What happens: an on-site slip-traction baseline, no fee, no obligation.
Step 2
The factory-trained authorized SureStep crew treats the substrate during a single scheduled visit. Application is fume-free, requires no cure shutdown, and leaves the visual identity of the floor unchanged.
What happens: treatment application during one overnight visit, no resident displacement.
Step 3
A documented area-by-area closure plan keeps the facility operating while the treatment sets. Bathing suites, dining rooms, corridors, and prep lines come back online one wing at a time, on schedule.
What happens: a written closure plan coordinated with the on-site team before application.
Step 4
A post-treatment BOT-3000e sweep verifies the wet-traction gain, and the audit-support compliance package — install log, warranty documentation, test results — goes into the facility compliance file.
What happens: written documentation the surveyor, insurer, and director of operations can read.
Outcome
A Treated Floor, a Written Warranty, and Documentation.
Step 4 closes the engagement the same way it opens at Step 1 — with documentation. Each step is signed off in writing on the facility side, and the final compliance package is the record a Michigan surveyor, insurer, or director of operations can read when the floor-safety conversation comes up.
Measurement
BOT3000e slip resistance testing available upon request. The reading is logged on the facility side and on the install log so the wet-traction gain is measurable, not asserted.
Warranty
Standard warranty included: 1-year commercial / 3-year residential. Extended warranty available. The warranty is written into the install package — not a verbal handshake — so the floor-safety contract is documented.
Compliance
Install log, warranty, BOT-3000e test results — the documentation package a MIOSHA surveyor, insurer, or plaintiff's counsel can read in the context of a premises-liability conversation.
Start With an Assessment
Step 1 Begins With a Free Floor Assessment.
A Michigan technician walks your facility, evaluates surface type and traffic pattern, and runs the Step 1 baseline BOT-3000e slip-metric reading on the wet areas that drive your slip risk. No obligation, no fee, no quote pressure — and the written scope, written warranty, and audit-support documentation arrive with the assessment.
Standard warranty included: 1-year commercial / 3-year residential. Extended warranty available. BOT3000e slip resistance testing available upon request.
