Privacy Policy.
Effective August 23, 2025. Slip Free LLC is a Michigan-based sole-state SureStep distributor. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the third-party processors we rely on.
1. Information We Collect
Contact-Form Submissions
When you submit the contact form at /contact, we receive your name, email address, message, and an optional facility name. This data is routed to our internal inbox via the Polsia-managed email proxy and stored in our database solely to allow us to respond to your inquiry.
Stripe Checkout Session Data
When you complete a purchase through our Stripe-hosted checkout, Stripe returns a session confirmation to our /thank-you page. That confirmation includes order line items, the total amount charged, and the buyer email associated with the transaction. Slip Free LLC receives only the post-checkout confirmation metadata — raw card numbers, CVV codes, and full payment-instrument details never touch our servers.
What We Do Not Collect
Slip Free LLC does not require account registration. We do not set tracking cookies beyond the session and authentication cookies required to operate our platform (managed by better-auth). We do not use third-party advertising pixels or behavioral-tracking scripts at this time.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above exclusively for internal operations:
- Responding to contact-form inquiries and scheduling on-site floor assessments.
- Fulfilling orders placed through Stripe Checkout and sending transactional order-confirmation emails.
- Maintaining internal records of facility engagements and compliance documentation for our service territory.
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party beyond the processors listed in Section 3 below, which are required to operate the site.
3. Third-Party Processors
Stripe — Payment Processing
All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Slip Free LLC uses Stripe’s hosted checkout flow — you enter payment details directly on Stripe’s servers. No raw card data is transmitted to or stored by Slip Free LLC. Stripe’s data practices are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Polsia-Managed Email Proxy — Transactional Email
Order confirmations and contact follow-ups are delivered through a Polsia-operated SMTP proxy. Slip Free LLC does not maintain a direct account with a third-party email service provider (ESP). Transactional messages are relayed through Polsia’s infrastructure on our behalf; no independent ESP holds your email address or message content outside of this relay.
Future Analytics
We may add a privacy-respecting analytics service in the future. If we do, this Privacy Policy will be updated with the provider’s identity and data practices before the service is deployed on this site.
4. Data Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for a reasonable follow-up period — typically until the inquiry is resolved or a service engagement begins. Order and payment data is held by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s retention policy. We do not retain payment-instrument data on our own servers.
5. Your Rights (Michigan / U.S.)
You may request access to or deletion of information Slip Free LLC holds about you. Michigan residents may also request that we correct inaccurate personal information in our records. To make a request, contact us by phone or through the contact form:
