Terms of Service.

These Terms explain the ground rules for the Slip Free LLC storefront and SureStep treatment services. Effective date: to be confirmed by Slip Free LLC before these Terms are treated as final.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms apply to your use of the Slip Free LLC website and storefront, retail orders for Sure Gel, Sure Shine, and Sure Clean, and your requests for information about SureStep non-slip treatment services. By using the site, submitting an order, or asking us to schedule work, you agree to follow these Terms and the applicable written details for that transaction.

A retail checkout and a treatment engagement are different transactions. Checkout terms govern a product order, payment, and shipment. A treatment job is separately scoped: the signed service agreement or written scope for that job controls the site, areas, price, schedule, access requirements, treatment deliverables, closure plan, and any job-specific terms. If a signed service agreement conflicts with general website copy, the signed agreement controls that treatment job.

2. Retail Ordering

The storefront offers three factory-direct retail products: Sure Gel, Sure Shine, and Sure Clean. Product descriptions, quantities, and displayed availability may change. Placing an order is a request to purchase; Slip Free LLC may need to verify availability or order details before fulfillment and will contact you if a listed item cannot be supplied as requested.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate name, shipping address, email address, and any other checkout information requested. Please review those details before paying. Slip Free LLC is not responsible for a delivery problem caused by information entered incorrectly at checkout.

Retail card payments use Stripe’s hosted checkout. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s payment page rather than on Slip Free LLC’s servers. An order confirmation and payment record identify the product and amount associated with the checkout; shipment follow-up is handled separately as described below.

Browse the current retail catalog on the Slip Free storefront. Retail products are distinct from service-only application work; visit Services for the on-site treatment process.

3. Shipping

Sure Gel, Sure Shine, and Sure Clean are fulfilled factory-direct from Michigan. After a completed checkout, a Michigan-based technician follows up with shipping and tracking details within one business day, as described in the storefront and order confirmation flow.

The estimated delivery window is 5–7 business days from shipment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier capacity, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and carrier or force-majeure delays outside Slip Free LLC’s reasonable control can affect delivery. If an address needs correction, tracking stalls, or a carrier delay needs follow-up, contact Slip Free LLC at 734-865-0117 or through the contact form.

4. Retail Returns and Refunds

Return authorization is required before shipping anything back.

Slip Free LLC has not supplied an operator-approved universal retail return and refund schedule for publication with these Terms. We therefore do not state a request window, make an automatic eligibility promise, assign return shipping, or promise a refund timing here.

For a possible return or refund involving Sure Gel, Sure Shine, or Sure Clean, contact Slip Free LLC before sending the product. We will confirm the applicable details in writing for the order, including the request window; whether the item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition; how a damaged or incorrect shipment will be handled; who is responsible for shipping an authorized return; and when an approved refund will be sent to the original payment method. Do not ship a product without that return authorization and shipping instruction.

5. Treatment-Service Agreements

A treatment engagement begins with an assessment and a written scope. The scope identifies the proposed areas and surfaces, preparation requirements, price, schedule, access needs, deliverables, and any conditions that could change the plan. A baseline BOT-3000e measurement and post-treatment BOT-3000e measurement or documentation may be requested when useful for the site record; these measurements are available upon request rather than included automatically in every engagement.

A single scheduled treatment visit is generally planned overnight and commonly takes 4–8 hours, depending on the area and surface. The written site plan should identify which areas are closed, the sequence of work, and when each area may return to service. The customer is responsible for coordinating the agreed access and keeping people and operations out of each area during the stated closure window.

Subject to the written site plan and actual site conditions, the treated surface is usable once cure completes within hours. Traction continues refining over 24–48 hours, and the chemical change completes within 72 hours. These timeframes are planning guidance, not a substitute for the area-by-area return-to-service direction for a specific job.

The treatment naturally fades with use. When applicable, the written standard warranty is qualified as 1-year commercial / 3-year residential, with any extended option described in the applicable written materials. A warranty does not expand the scope of the signed service agreement or change the site-specific care directions.

See How It Works for the general engagement sequence. The signed service agreement remains the controlling document for a particular treatment job.

6. Service Limitations and Customer Responsibilities

SureStep treatment is intended to improve wet traction on qualifying surfaces. It is not a guarantee that every slip, fall, injury, loss, or claim will be prevented, and it does not replace sound facility operations, warning practices, cleaning, or maintenance. Results and cure timing depend on the surface, preparation, traffic, cleaning chemistry, environmental conditions, and the written site plan.

Customers must provide safe and timely access, accurate information about the site and its surfaces, and any restrictions that could affect the work. Customers must also follow the manufacturer’s product and safety directions, honor each area’s closure and return-to-service plan, use compatible maintenance practices, and maintain treated areas after the visit. Retail product users are responsible for reading and following the applicable label, safety information, and manufacturer directions before use.

7. Michigan Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without adding an arbitration, venue, or other dispute process that is not stated here. Questions about an order, shipment, treatment scope, or these Terms may be directed to Slip Free LLC by phone at 734-865-0117 or through /contact.

This page is general information about Slip Free LLC’s current storefront and service workflow, not legal advice. A customer’s signed service agreement, product documentation, and order-specific written confirmation may add details that apply to that transaction.

8. Changes to These Terms

Slip Free LLC may update these Terms as the storefront and services evolve. We will revise the effective-date notice when a new version is approved and posted. The version posted at the time of a new retail order or service engagement is the version intended to describe that transaction, subject to any order-specific or signed written terms.
