How It Works

SureStep is a penetrating treatment that chemically alters your tile at the microscopic level. The result is thousands of micro-grip channels that activate when the surface gets wet — without changing how the floor looks or feels.
Step 01
A factory-trained technician evaluates your flooring type, current condition, traffic pattern, and slip history. Most mineral tile, stone, concrete, porcelain, and enamel surfaces qualify — BOT3000e slip resistance testing available upon request.
Step 02
Our authorized crew performs the SureStep treatment in a single visit — applied at room temperature with no specialized equipment, no fumes, no protective gear required. Most facilities are treated overnight so operations resume by opening.
Step 03
Traction refines over 24–48 hours; the chemical change completes within 72 hours. The treatment naturally fades with use — that’s why every install includes a 1-year commercial / 3-year residential warranty and a written extended-warranty option.
